Phil exposes truth behind Lib Dem crime policy. Labour’s local man Phil Wilson exposed the Lib Dems Newcastle reject candidate during a TV debate while showing his local, practical policies are the right ones for our area.

The BBC debate, held in Sedgefield today, showed again and again that Local man Phil is the only candidate voters can trust in the by-election next Thursday.

Exposed the Lib Dems for deceiving voters, making their candidate accept a letter from the independent chair of the Durham Police Authority demanding he apologise for his misleading campaign.

The Lib Dem candidate couldn’t respond without admitting the facts - that he lives and works in Newcastle, backs “wacky” soft on crime policies and has deceived voters in a desperate attempt to kick start his campaign. Even the Tory candidate was laughing as the hapless Lib Dem import failed to back up his laughable suggestion that the North east economy was worse under Labour.
